  The Views is available on a weekly or short break basis throughout the year.
 
  We like to give good value for money by offering top quality accommodation
 at reasonable rates.
 
  We keep our rates low by checking our competitor's prices and you can see the
 standard of quality from the Gallery and Guest Reviews. We also offer peace of mind
 by Guaranteeing that the apartment has the best views in Keswick.

 How to Check Availability and use the Online Booking System:
 
  From the Availability Grid you can check whether your required dates are available:
 
  - Use the 'Show me:' pull down menu to swap between weekly breaks and short breaks, then;
 
  - Use 'Check in:' pull down menu to select your required dates, then;
 
  - Use the 'For:' / 'At Least:' pull down menu to select your duration.
 
 If your dates are available and you'd like to make a provisional booking:
 
  - Click on the Blue "Reserve" button to be taken to Keswick Tourist Association's Secure Booking System
 and make a provisional booking by entering your details.
 
  Note : Although you will be asked for your credit card details no payment will be taken. You will be advised of the method and
 timing of payment once your booking has been confirmed. Confirmation will be within 24 hours.
 
  Tip : If your dates are available but you're having trouble Reserving, then make sure you have selected the date you want
 your holiday to start on from the 'Check in:' pull down menu and your duration from the 'For:' pull down menu.

 Short Break Policy:
 
  Short Break rates :
 
  - High Season (July & Aug) Weekends £120 per night - min. 3 nights. Midweek £110 per night - min. 3 nights.
 Additional nights are £110 per night.
 
  - Mid Season (Sep & Oct and March to June incl.) Weekends £105 per night - min. 3 nights. Midweek £95 per night - min. 3 nights.
 Additional nights are £95 per night.
 
  - Low Season (Nov to Feb incl.) Weekends £95 per night - min. 3 nights. Midweek £85 per night - min. 3 nights.
 Additional nights are £85 per night.

 Booking a Short Break :
 
  To book a Short Break use the Availibility and Online Booking System, however please bear in mind that: 
 
  - During Nov, Dec, Jan & Feb Short Breaks are bookable up to 12 weeks in advance.
 
  - During Oct and March to June incl. Short Breaks are bookable up to 4 weeks in advance.  
 
  - During July & Aug and public/school holidays Short Breaks are bookable up to 2 weeks in advance.
 
  If you'd like a Short Break at The Views but your required dates don't fit the criteria above then please Contact Us and
 we will contact you with 'first refusal' two weeks prior to your required dates.
 
  Of course there's no obligation and should your dates become unavailable, because The Views is booked for the week, we will
 inform you immediately.
